- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Advocate for responsible innovation at international policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
