Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum internet)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align futurist frameworks with ESG objectives and stakeholder impact
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate tech, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Cassandra)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic transformations
