Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state opportunities
- Produce strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 3-5 year horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in tech/finance/healthcare
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
