- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer research on societal impacts
- Design and launch innovation incubators for 2026-ready technologies and business models
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive strategy execution
- Represent the company at global forums on sustainable tech and human-centered design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning workshops
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities with data visualization skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state strategy implementations
