Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Design innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators affecting technological adoption
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
