- Produce strategic white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Advose executive teams on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed platforms
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
