Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence by 2026 using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption vectors in quantum computing and AI
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scanning' reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent company at global futurism forums and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools like Horizon Scanning and Delphi Method
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
