- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into product innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends with predictive modeling
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation with proven 2026+ scenario planning experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Systems Theory, or related field
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
