Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients navigating industry evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive market intelligence
- Adv executive teams on innovation investments and technological adoption curves
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product and service roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
