- Partner with R&D teams to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish ethical guardrails for AI implementation and biotechnology integration

- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
