Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario planning models for climate adaptation, AI governance, and workforce evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Design foresight workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators impacting long-term strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong command of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in foresight publications or thought leadership platforms
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
