Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with future market disruptions
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and risk assessment
- Curate thought leadership content disseminating future vision to global stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across enterprise operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
