Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces and paradigm shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Produce trend analysis reports with actionable recommendations for R&D investments
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness across business units
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or thought leadership
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategies
