- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Monitor global tech, policy, and cultural shifts impacting industry trajectories
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiative effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight tools
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic transformation projects
