- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Design and implement innovation accelerators for cross-functional R&D teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for strategic investments
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major future-shaping initiatives
