Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future market shifts

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Design organizational resilience protocols for systemic change adaptation
- Monitor geopolitical and macroeconomic indicators for early-warning signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario development methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
