Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Design innovation pipelines to bridge futuristic concepts with commercial implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
