Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruption opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate future insights into market-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Maintain a dynamic trend intelligence dashboard using AI-driven analytics platforms
- Advise on ethical implications of exponential technologies and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent training
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
