Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends and translate into competitive advantages
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-readiness and innovation adoption
- Produce executive reports on long-term risk/opportunity landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to align product roadmaps with future trends
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership on future trends
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
