Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from quantum computing, biotech, and space exploration domains
- Produce executive-ready future intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design immersive foresight simulations for leadership decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic futures to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive analytics tools
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented research or white papers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with foresight frameworks like STEEP or causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
