Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating past foresight projects and their real-world impact
