Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and market disruption analyses
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
