- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into business impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
