Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions in quantum computing, biotech, and AGI
- Translate exponential technology forecasts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and policy bodies to shape emerging tech governance
- Create dynamic visualizations of future ecosystems to communicate complex scenarios to stakeholders
- Design resilience protocols for systemic risks including AI alignment and climate volatility
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 2026 Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of delivering multi-year future-state roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or paradigm shifts
- Experience scaling foresight operations across global enterprises
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
