- Produce trend reports and white papers positioning Horizon as a thought leader
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services

- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting or futurist roles at Fortune 500/tech scale-ups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications (e.g., Futures, HBR)
