Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation workshops with stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic foresight projects
