Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise

- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for complex adaptive systems
- Fluency in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Experience with blockchain-based governance models and ethical AI frameworks
