Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Technology Strategy or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with tangible product launches
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven success securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Published author in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
