- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with market projections
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
