Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Identify and quantify disruptive technologies across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce annual Future State Reports for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-geographic, cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
