Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Produce scenario-based strategic models for organizational adaptation
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future trajectories
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
