Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (technological, socioeconomic, environmental) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for C-suite clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation plans
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend databases
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Experience with emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) implications
