Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futures thinking into corporate strategy and governance
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports that set industry benchmarks
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation catalysts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Experience with quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
