Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Analyze complex data ecosystems to forecast market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong command of AI/ML, biotech, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
