Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for disruptive futures
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for cross-functional implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-viable concepts and technologies
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Represent company vision at industry foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
