Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership content published in top-tier industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for global client engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
