Responsibilities

- Develop long-term strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for future market disruptions and opportunities
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future trends into product development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports and horizon-scanning publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
