As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll explore cutting-edge technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and global partners to translate foresight into competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development, market expansion, and operational transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable business plans
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and maintain a dynamic trend intelligence database
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex foresight into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing stakeholder relationships across C-suite levels
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy (preferred)
