Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual trend reports analyzing technological, social, and economic indicators for 2026+
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots based on future trend analysis
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused deliverables
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, books, articles)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
