- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Advose on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent ecosystems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies

- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
