Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry impacts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and innovation ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into service development lifecycles
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive modeling tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategy implementations
