- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating complex futures concepts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
