Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to map future scenarios and systemic risks
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for executive decision-making and investment prioritization
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Advise on long-term R&D portfolio allocation and innovation pipeline development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures simply
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic foresight projects
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-oriented business strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
