Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with future market demands
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting industry trajectories
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
