What you'll achieve:
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure
- Develop actionable scenarios for board-level strategic planning
- Build cross-functional futures labs with global R&D partners
- Pioneer proprietary forecasting methodologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and present trend-based scenario analyses to C-suite executives
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional futures labs with R&D teams globally
- Author white papers on disruptive market transformations
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Represent company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and TED conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 firms
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems dynamics
- Proven track record of C-level trend briefings
- Proficiency in AI-powered forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with global network of futurists
