Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop future scenario models and strategic frameworks for long-term business planning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on future trends and strategic implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Design and facilitate workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership content on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
