- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-viable technologies and market opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-viable strategy implementations
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and foresight software platforms
