Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation research
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their trajectory
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills to communicate complex futures
- Track record of publishing futurist research or leading disruptive initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
