Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, AI evolution, and demographic shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present futures scenarios to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Translate foresight into product development priorities and market entry strategies
- Monitor emerging risks (regulatory, ethical, technological) and mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or tech foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing futures thinking into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio showcasing future-strategy projects with measurable outcomes
