Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Produce trend analysis reports synthesizing data from AI, biotech, climate science, and digital transformation
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovations for 2026+ market readiness
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, MBA, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
